WHEW! Fiscal Cliff Bandaid passed by Congress at 2am

Stay Tuned, but the Fiscal Cliff avoidance laws cobbled together over the New Years work session by Congress appears to include a one year reprieve to short selling home owners!    For at least calendar year 2013, forgiven debt on a primary residence will be excluded from taxable income for sellers!   Happy New Year!    Look for the markets to rally today!
